LAWRENCE COUNTY(OH)-Judge Alan Lemons & Child Protective Services cover up, was to protect a Judge. A 5 month old baby from Kentucky, was placed in Ohio foster care, to protects judge!

On July 16, Lawrence County Judge Patricia Sanders, called in Cps, and had them file a false complaint. Cps worker Dave Carey filed a false complaint, against a parent in Ohio, that did not have custody! The false complaint against the mother, states that she has custody and the child resided with her in Ohio. This is 100% false.

The most disturbing part of this case is that it was done intentionally. None of this was by accident.

The parents were in court one day before this false was made. Judge Sanders got exposed for trying to issue an emergency removal. The father and son live in Kentucky. This is why the judge had Cps file the false complaint.

Mandated reporting laws require each of us to report suspected child abuse or neglect! This law into effect after Penn State and the catholic priest scandals.

Judge Sanders had issued an emergency removal of custody from the father, but their was no emergency! This is why Sanders called in Cps with the false complaint. She couldn’t contact Kentucky, or she would have been exposed on July 15 of 2019! This is why Cps filed the false complaint the very next day!

Judge Lemons replaces Judge Sanders after she recused herself

Magistrate Sanders became Judge Sanders after Judge David Payne retired. She then recused herself over a conflict of interest.

Judge Alan Lemons, replaces Sanders, and hears the rest of the case in Lawrence County.

The case is not dismissed, after the only witness admits to perjury! Cps worker, Dave Carey, admits to lying several times. Why didn’t Judge Lemons dismiss the case? That is a question, that the public needs to be asking the Scioto County Judge!
