LAWRENCE COUNTY(OH)-Judge Patrica Sanders must be charged with federal kidnapping, for submitting false evidence through court! Prosecutor Brigham Anderson, has not charged Patricia & Cps worker Dave Carey, for there role in removing a 5 month old baby from Kentucky! The case is not very hard. Child protective services file a false complaint, against a mother, who had no custody!
The false complaint, was made by child protective services worker Dave Carey, on July 16, 2019. The actual courtoom testimony is out in public. Carey testifies the father had custody, but makes a complaint stating the mother has custody! Listen to his testimony below!
Child protective services worker Dave Carey, clearly admits to perjury, several times! Attorney for the father, Roger Smith, has never seen a case like this. A parent in Ohio, who had no custody, is charged with dependency of a child living in Kentucky. Dependency means the child was lacking proper supervision!
How can a child protective services worker, file a complaint, against a parent who had no custody? How could a judge submit a false complaint through complaint through court? Especially when they both know the father has custody! The father from Kentucky has custody papers, signed by Judge Patricia Sanders herself!
