LAWRENCE COUNTY(OH)-Lawrence county Cps worker Dave Carey admits to lying in order to obtain custody of someone’s child! The courtroom testimony is out in public but Lawrence county Prosecutor, Brigham Anderson, has not filed any charges against Mr Carey! The case is not very hard for Prosecuting Attorney Brigham Anderson. The father has legal custody papers and lives in Kentucky. The case in Lawrence county court charges the mother in Ohio, who had no custody! It is a crime to make a false report of abuse or neglect! I am sure Prosecutor Anderson knows this but can the Prosecutor charge his office as well as the cps worker for filing a false report of abuse or neglect? In a recorded audio conversation between the father & Teneka Ferguson, the Cps supervisor drops a bombshell and states the prosecutors office put the false language on the false complaint, that has unlawfully removed a 5 month old baby from Kentucky! Lawrence county officials have been accused of being dirty and corrupt but this time there is more than enough proof for a grand jury to indict those who conspired to federally kidnapping someome’s child. For judge Patricia Sanders to call in Cps with a false complaint on July 16 and charge dependency to a parent who had no custody is criminal, especially when the judge knew the complaint was false. The parents were in front of Judge Sanders the day before on July 15. The judge tried to do an emergency removal of custody from the father before finding out he lived in Kentucky! There was no emergency or the judge would have had to contact Kentucky. Mandated reporting laws require us all to report suspected abuse or neglect to the appropriate authorities. Judge Sanders did not and instead she had Cps file a false compaint the next day! This is the definition of federal kidnapping. To use deception to take away a liberty interest from another is kidnspping. When this happens accross state lines, it becomes federal kidnapping. The fact that a judge and cps committed this act makes no difference according to federal guidlines!
