The dishonorable judge Alan Lemons violates ex parté order!
On January 13 of this year, Scioto county judge Alan Lemons ordered a cease and desist order to a father from Kentucky from having any contact with Scioto county Casa director.
The judge addressed this matter before starting the court hearing in Ironton, Ohio! Judge Alan Lemons states the father had left sonething like 20 voicemails for Mrs. johnson and the father would have to stop communicating with the Scioto county Casa director because she is not apart of this case.
Before this court hearing, the father from Kentucky went to Scioto county and spoke with Mrs. Kenya johnson several times. Why? Because the father had his son unlawfully removed by Lawrence county Ohio judge Patricia Sanders. This judge has child protective services file a false complaint but against the mother in Ohio who had no custody! The father went to see Mrs kenya Johnson and showed her his custody papers. He told the Casa director about how the child couldnt be removed from the mother in Ohio when the father and son live in Kentucky!
Judge Alan Lemons claimed the father spoke to Mrs Johnson about the GAL and about bringing a Casa to Lawrence county which is false. Judge Lemons and Mrs Johnson both know that is a lie and rediculous! The father from Kentucky was only concerned about his son who had been unlawfully removed by a judge in Ohio.

Both parties have to be involved. The judge isn’t suppose to discuss the case with anyone.
