There are so many Elements to this scandal that involves Ohio Governor Mike DeWine’s judge Patricia Sanders, Scioto county judge Alan lemons, Lawrence county prosecutors office, Lawrence county sheriffs department, Ohio Department of job family services -the child protective service agency, and governor Mike DeWine himself. The Mike Dewine tapes prove that the governor has known about this case for months and has allowed an innocent baby from Kentucky to be placed in foster care for 300 days. There is even courtroom testimony of Cps admitting to lying to obtain the child and yet, Judge Alan Lemons doesn’t dismiss the case; and appears to be involved in a coverup for Governor Dewine’s Judge, who Dewine personally appointed. This is federal kidnapping, and the Mike Dewine tapes prove the gov has known about this case for months and has refused to address the scandal by his department and judge. We will be releasing the Mike Dewine tapes tomorrow. The governor has known about the crime and must resign!

The governor of Ohio has more problems than just the corona virus. The people of Ohio are very upset with the governor and his erratic decision making process. The governor picked winners and losers when it came to “essential businesses” that were allowed to operate like the Ohio lottery company being a winner, the average business owner, the loser. The governor seemed to be acting more like the king of the castle, than a public official, who last time I checked, is a servant to the people. Now comes the Mike Dewine Tapes, that could be released as soon as tomorrow. What are the Mike Dewine tapes? The Mike Dewine tapes could spell the end to the governors political career! Who knew what and when, is the first question asked when a coverup is involved. There is a case involving Gov Dewine’s Judge Patricia Sanders, who gov Dewine Appointed to be a Magistrate in Lawrence county Ohio, juvenile probate court. The magistrate who is now the judge of juvenile

probate court, is at the center of scandal, for allegedly calling in child protective services to coverup her unlawful ruling on July 15, 2019. Magistrate Patricia Sanders did an emergency removal of a 5 month old baby from a father, both of whom live in Kentucky, and then ordered the father to go to Kentucky and have the child brought to the court in Ohio. An emergency removal of custody, is an emergency removal in which ,the child is in danger of immediate harm and must be removed from the person exercising custody or control. To do an emergency removal of custody, from a parent and then send that same parent to another state to get a child, who is at risk of immediate harm and danger is unheard of. The father brought the baby to the court in Ohio but the secretary told the father to take the baby to the grandmothers home in Ironton, Ohio and let Child protective workers check the baby out, so the father did. Cps Dave Carey came by and didn’t take custody like the judge had ordered. Cps worker states “The child is very healthy. I don’t see no emergency here. We don’t have jurisdiction over two residents of Kentucky.” Then cps leaves and does not take custody of the baby. Instead, the following day on July 16, Governor Dewine’s Judge Patricia Sanders had the same cps worker Dave Carey, file a false complaint of neglect-dependency, but against the mother in Ohio, who has no custody. The false complaint states the mother had custody and the child lived with mother in Ohio, one day after the judge removed custody from the Father! The mother lost custody in Kentucky Feb 6 2019, then her aunt lost temp custody Feb 19 2019, in Kentucky. Police and Kentucky Cabinet were both witnesses to this fact. Ohio has a baby in foster care who never lived In Ohio by either parent period. Lawrence county sheriffs have evidence from a feb 5 2019 interview from the mother of the baby, and proves all parties live in Kentucky, yet the sheriffs department will not file a complaint made by the father. Ryder Cash News has obtained the official police interview conducted by Ky authorities after Sheriff Lawless had them come to Ohio and take over the investigation because all parties live in Kentucky. Why would a Judge call in cps to make a false complaint? Because the judge got caught doing an emergency removal of custody, but no emergency. The judge and cps should have contacted the authorities in Kentucky, but there was no emergency. We are all mandated reporters which means if you see a child get abused or neglected physically or sexually u have to report the incident. This law was enacted after the Catholic Church scandal and the Penn State scandal.
