Ohio Attorney General claims judicial activism in Flynn case
Attorney general yost leads a group of 15 prosecutors colleagues, who claim the judge is exceeding his judicial authority, in keeping the Michael Flynn Case open.
That’s an awful big statement coming from the attorney general of Ohio, especially with all the judicial activism that goes on in almost every court in the state. The attorney general looks the other way when it’s one of his judges exceeding there authority, even when that over reach is In another state.
“This extraordinary example of judicial activism is the antithesis of our Constitution and the separation of powers," said AG yost. “Our founding fathers designed a system of government precisely to stop a branch of government from undertaking this type of overreach." I’m not sure what made Ag yost take time to gather 15 of his colleagues and make the Mike Flynn case a priority, especially when do many Ohioans are struggling to survive. I would call that political activism or over reach.
