It is obvious that Judge Alan Lemons violated ex parté communications because Mrs Kenya Johnson knew details about the case like the father being ordered to submit to drug screens. How could she know details about the case? Judge Lemons said she has nothing to do with the case!

Sheriff Lawless has evidence that my son has never lived in Ohio! Febuary 5 of 2019, there was an incident in Kentucky that ended up in Ohio. Sheriff Jeff Lawless invited kentucky sheriffs to Ohio, to interview the mother! Why? Because all parties in this case live in Kentucky? The mother has a case plan and lost custody in Kentucky! The only state the child has ever lived in by or with either parent! Iv got the interview by Kentucky authorities who were invited to Ohio by Sheriff Jeff Lawless!

It has been a year and four months and the case is still jot ruled on! To make things even worse, Judge Alan Lemons violated ex parté communications, when he spoke to Scioto county Casa Director Mrs Kenya Johnson! Judge Alan Lemons issued a cease & desist order to the father, claiming Mrs Johnson is not a part of the case. After Judge Patricia Sanders and cps submit false evidence on the july 16 court hearing, I immediately contacted the Casa director several times! I even drove to the Scioto county court house where Judge Lemons and Mrs kenya Johnson work in Portsmouth, Ohio.

I showed Mrs Johnson my custody papers and gave her several copies to give to Judge Alan Lemons, who was put on the case after judge Sanders recused herself! This is big deal for several reasons. THE BIGGEST REASON IS THESE ARE THE PEOPLE WHO CLAIM “IN THE BEST INTEREST OF THE CHILD!”

On july 16 of 2019, Judge Patricia Sanders called in child protective services Dave Carey to submit false evidence through court, that both parties knew was 100% false! Cps worker Dave Carey makes a false complaint if abuse or neglect (dependency) and charge it to the mother in Ohio who did not have custody.

The 5 month old baby was unlawfully removed from the father and both parties live in Kentucky. The 5 month old baby had only lived in kentucky by or with either parent until the judge and cpd worker commit several crimes invluding federal kidnapping!
