Treven “Trap” Frazier was in Lawrence county custody and control, untill being released on a OR bond for medical reasons! He was found dead in West Virginia. Details of the case are very troubling at this point and Sheriff Lawless office isnt releasing any details!

Sheriff Jeff Lawless is going to blame outdated, lagging, cameras that record in loops, as the excuse to why his office has no information to report on the case.
