We treat dogs better than we treat human beings in this country, or at least we do in Lawrence county, Ohio. I was recently the lucky winner of a four week vacation at the sleepy Lawrence county jail resort courtesy of Judge Alan Lemons and Magistrate McWhorter. I know everybody says there innocent But I was really was. I got sentenced 30 days for contempt but I get to the shady details of that story later. I’ve got 99 problems with the Lawrence county jail, but a C.O. (Correctional officer)ain’t one; well maybe a couple but the majority of the CO’s are professional. I might not get to all 99 of my problems in this article and the number could be higher but they will be addressed soon! With so many problems facing the Lawrence county jail, where do I begin? Sheriff Lawless! We have a problem!

The bottom line is inmates are human beings. We treat dogs better than we do human beings. I was sentenced to 30 days in jail by magistrate Mchorter after being charged with contempt by judge Alan Lemons. What did I do to get charged with contempt? Expose Judge Lemons. How can this judge from Portsmouth explain how he did not dismiss the case after cps worker Dave Carey admitted to lying on a complaint that illegally stole my son (federal kidnapping) from a different state! How do you explain saying a child is dependent (homeless or not properly supervised) in Ohio and charge the mother who never had the child or any custody at all? A judge is not above the law just like the president of the US is not above the law! I tried to do a citizens arrest of Judge Sanders. I was told that I would be arrested but no one did a dam thing. The law works both ways. Maybe not in Ironton but it is suppose to. Judge Sanders wasn’t in court that day because she took a week off after I told the officials a day ahead of time that I would be there to arrest the judge. I wanted them to know I wasn’t going to physically arrest Judge Sanders (you see her lift before 🤦🏼‍♂️) and also anyone who interfere with my ability to conduct a lawful arrest is committing obstruction of justice! Why didn’t Cps Dave Carey get 30 days for perjury, which is a misdemeanor also! But to kidnap a kid is a lil more than just perjury! Listen to cps Dave Carey commit perjury right in front of Judge Lemons! I would like the see the sheriffs arrest judge Sanders and cps Dave Carey! I have been arrested for less!

Ironton cops search vehicle without probable cause

The first problem I’ve got with the jail is how overcrowded the jail is! I’m not talking about a couple people either. I was put in the drunk tank for a few days and there were 8 people living in a tiny 8 x 12 concrete box with no beds except the cold dirty, bloody, floor! After a few days I was moved to left main. At this point, I almost felt like a free man, minus the bars, concrete, and all the other restrictions of civil liberties! I had a metal bed now and did not have to step on people or sleep side to side like married couples do! My grandma always told me there are positives in every negative situation, and my grandma is right again (thank you grandma, love you). After a few days, left main started to get overcrowded. There are two metal picnic tables in the front room so people can eat there meals. People slept on top and both sides of both tables! There is a shower in the corner of this room also. I love to take multiple showers a day but I never thought I would have to step over someone to take one. There was a person sleeping underneath the side of the metal picnic table! The shower is behind the second bench and there is only so much real estate in jail! There is a hallway connected to the front room with 6 two man cells. These cells feature two metal beds, a toilet, and enough room to get in and out of bed! The inmates call there cell there house. My house was located on 5 the street or room 5. I had the bottom bed which is the one everyone wants, unless you like to use the toilet for a step. A guy fell and broke his finger trying to use the toilet ladder trick! After a couple days I learned that these houses had basements. The basement was located right under the bottom bed. Many neighbors had guest staying in there basements! There is no better way to get to know a person on a human level than during lockdown! One of you has to use the restroom. The only thing a person can do is grab a blanket and go towards the front so your fellow inmate can use the bathroom. There is a serious flush rule in effect that is required or sanctions are imposed Immediately! Another problem facing fellow inmates was the lack of toilet paper! I lucked out there again but I was told to hold on a couple times for this state of Ohio requirement for inmates. You just have to have toilet paper. Do you know how degrading it is to be told to hold on for toilet paper? Or worse yet, can you imagine not getting any toilet paper at all. Another problem I saw my fellow inmates endure were the shortage of bed mats and blankets. Both are state of Ohio requirements but with so much over crowding it was a requirement not met. The next requirement that was not met was medical attention. The nurse (who I will have an entire story about the nurse) of the jail is the worst and most unprofessional nurse iv ever seen run a jail. I called her sheriff Ricki because she thought she ran the jail and maybe it was why she is so terrible at her job as a nurse! I recently got put on high blood pressure medicine before I got 30 days in jail for contempt. I had the nurse check my blood pressure, tell me it’s ok, but then offer medication that I refused at that point. The nurse is a bitch straight up! I tried to hold that comment back but it’s kinda hard after a nurse who doesn’t know you says she’s glad that you don’t have your son because you don’t deserve them because of the way you act! Whoa whoa slow down horsey. I could say the same thing about a nurse and I will in an upcoming article about the nurse! The difference is a judge and cps tried to use my son as a pawn to investigate me and got exposed for it. The Sheriff station even has proof that my son never lived in Ohio from a February 5th interview of my sons mom. But that case will all be over soon and people will be shocked that a judge would have cps make a false complaint responsible for federal kidnapping a Kentucky baby! Iv tried to file complaints but the sheriffs station will not investigate the crimes committed by cps and Judge Sanders even with firsthand knowledge. The sheriffs department is waking a thin line for obstruction of justice. What don’t come out on the wash will come out in the rinse.
