The State of Atlanta’s main witness in the case, YSL Woody has stated that he told detectives whatever he needed to tell him to try to finesse his way out of jail. The state gave YSL Woody full immunity form anything he might say up on the witness stand involving his criminal ways, but he’s made everyone laugh more than he has helped the state’s. Case against rapper Young Thug.
It’s crazy to be in jail for over two years and not get a bond, especially after we see that this case is a joke and the state’s witness is not going to testify against Jeffrey Willams. There has also been two judges who recused themselves, an attorney was held in contempt and sentenced to jail, and an ex parte meeting in the judges chamber that seemed more like intimidating the witness. You had a multiple law enforcement officials who were involved in the ex parte meeting and this is after the witness YSL Woody became m sworn witness. The whole case is a mess and just makes the Fulton County Da Mrs Fani Willis look like the corrupt prosecutor that she is but even worse.
This case highlights the true reality involving the judicial system in this country; you’re not innocent until proven guilty! The reality is many times you’re guilty until proven innocent. There’s a world that were taught in school and then there’s a real world and the truth is these prosecutors and judges do anything they want the answer to no one and this time to give Young Thug bond but more than time to change the whole system that as you can tell, it’s not working specially for defendants who have rights
