The care involved a 5 month old baby, who is now over a year old. The baby is from Kentucky and has never lived in Ohio, except for foster care in Ohio. How could this happen? Judge Patricia Sanders of Lawrence county Ohio, committed several crimes after she did an emergency removal of the baby from a father in Kentucky, except there was no emergency. To hide this, Judge Patricia Sanders called in cps with a false complaint Of neglect, but stated the child lived with the mother in Ohio. Judge Sanders did this the day after unlawfully removing a child in Kentucky, which is a crime KRS 600.020, and several other crimes by this judge. A magistrate in Ohio has no legal authority to decide matters in other states. Judge Lemons knows and is covering up for judge Sanders. But the Portsmouth judge will have an impossible time explaining how he didn't dismiss the case. The cps worker who made the false complaint to protect his judge admits to not knowing where the child was at the day he filed the false complaint. How could he? The child lived in a different state!
