Lawrence county common pleas Judge Finley gives an abuser a two year protection order even after video clearly shows, Eva Poe of South Point, throwing her own four year old child out of the vehicle, showing Eva Poe commits domestic violence against her 4 year old son. Lawrence county tax dollars are being used by the mother who commits domestic violence against her 4 year old , and then uses the court system as a way to abuse the father. This is in retaliation for the father recording the video of Eva Poe throwing her four year old from vehicle. She openly brags about using the court to abuse the father. Warning!
