Longtime Portsmouth attorney Mike Mearan, charged with numerous counts related to human trafficking. He was releasedd Wednesday, after posting $300,000 bail after being in police custody since he was arrested friday. The alleged criminal activity related to human trafficking had occured over a 15 year period according to authorities.
