This is the actual false complaint against the mother in Ohio who had no custody!

My sister was murdered on December 20, 1990 and then covered up by Lawrence county detective Jimmy Sargent! There are multiple eye witnesses to this fact, who were interviewed right in front of the murderer Rhonda Adkins! The case was quickly ruled a suicide and case closed!
