Judge Patricia Sanders committed federal kidnapping

Judge Patricia Sanders, of Lawrence county juvenile probate court, called in child protective services with a false complaint against the mother in Ohio who didn’t even have custody! July 16 of 2019, judge Patricia Sanders put false evidence thought court claiming the mother had custody and the child resided with the mother! Only one day prior on July 15 of 2019, judge Patricia Sanders got exposed for issuing an emergency removal of a child from the father! Both the father and the 5 month old baby are residents of Kentucky, the only state the child lived in by or with either parent!

There was no emergency on July 15 like Sanders had claimed as the reason to remove custody! She doesn’t have that kind of legal authority being a magistrate in Ohio and the father & son being residents of Kentucky. The judge ordered the father to have the child brought to the court. Once the father returns to the court house after getting his son from there Kentucky home, Sanders secretary told the father to go to his mothers home and allow child protective services Dave Carey check the child out.

Dave Carey doesn’t take custody on July 15 like the judge ordered stating “the child is healthy. There is no emergency here! Besides we don’t have jurisdiction over residents of Kentucky.” Then Mr Carey leaves and does not take the child. There is video proof of cps Dave Carey leaving without the child on July 15!

This is Dave Carey leaving without the child on July 15, 2019

This is the exact complaint filed by Cps Dave Carey on July 16, 2019!

LISTEN TO ACTUAL COURTROOM TESTIMONY BY CAREY

January 13, 2019 court hearing

Case dismissed right? Wrong! Judge Alan Lemons rules a child dependent in a state the child never lived in by or with either parent! I repeat! Judge Alan Lemons rules a child living in Kentucky dependent in Ohio; a state the 5 month old baby had never lived in or by either parent! Judge Alan Lemons replaces judge Patricia Sanders after she recused herself in August of 2019. Why didn’t judge Alan Lemons dismiss the case?

Why wouldn’t child protective services correct wrong information on the complaint after the father asked them to repeatedly? How come Ohio god still hasn’t transfer the case to Kentucky like Ohio revised code and all cps policy mandates?

This video explains e everything. Listen to child protective services supervisor response after the father asks again for the agency to correct false information!

Any questions?

Everything makes sense now. No wonder Judge Alan Lemons delayed the case for five months after prosecutor Brigham Anderson came to the court hearing on October 17 which is supposed to be the adjudication! The case is still not final. Judge lemons and Cps have not allowed the father to see his son since November 22 of 2019!
