Judge increases bond on a man attacked by a White Supremacist!

IRONTON(OH)-Ironton Municipal court Judge Kevin Waldo, increases the bond amount, for a man who was attacked by a white Supremacist! Video shows Larry Messenger, self proclaimed Reaper from the AB (Aryan Brotherhood) trespasses and attacks a man on private property. The man who was attacked by the white Supremacist. was arrested and charged with misdemeanor assault.

On Monday, Joe Adkins was arraigned, and Prosecutor Brigham Anderson charged Mr Adkins with an F-2 felonious assault. The Prosecutor also recommended that Mr Adkins bond amount should be increased by $9,000. Ironton Municipal Judge Kevin Waldo agreed and raised the bond! Mr Adkins was in court at 1:30 until 2:10. Judge Waldo gave Mr Adkins until 3:00 to pay the increased bond amount, or Mr Adkins was going to be placed in Jail! Mr Adkins was able to pay the increased bond!

White Supremacist, Larry Messenger, targets multiple families, based on race! New video shows the self proclaimed “Reaper from ths AB” terrorizing a family. Messenger m attempts to break in the family’s home, then threatens to kill them, as he utters racial slur. Then, the white Supremacist damages the family’s vehicle. This is all caught on video, but the “Reaper from the AB” is not arrested for this hate crime, or fr his other crimes he committed on September 17!

(A) No person shall violate section 2903.21, 2903.22, 2909.06, or 2909.07, or division (A)(3), (4), or (5) of section 2917.21 of the Revised Code by reason of the race, color, religion, or national origin of another person or group of persons.

(B) Whoever violates this section is guilty of ethnic intimidation. Ethnic intimidation is an offense of the next higher degree than the offense the commission of which is a necessary element of ethnic intimidation.

Since 1968, when Congress passed, and President Lyndon Johnson signed into law, the first federal hate crimes statute, the Department of Justice has been enforcing federal hate crimes laws. The 1968 statute made it a crime to use, or threaten to use, force to willfully interfere with any person because of race, color, religion, or national origin and because the person is participating in a federally protected activity, such as public education, employment, jury service, travel, or the enjoyment of public accommodations, or helping another person to do so. In 1968, Congress also made it a crime to use, or threaten to use, force to interfere with housing rights because of the victim’s race, color, religion, sex, or national origin; in 1988, protections on the basis of familial status and disability were added. In 1996, Congress passed the Church Arson Prevention Act, 18 U.S.C. § 247. Under this Act, it is a crime to deface, damage, or destroy religious real property, or interfere with a person’s religious practice, in situations affecting interstate commerce. The Act also bars defacing, damaging, or destroying religious property because of the race, color, or ethnicity of persons associated with the property.
