LAWRENCE COUNTY(OH)-Ironton man allowed to terrorize women, in exchange for snitching. Shane Blanton, 37, of Ironton, has been terrorizing women for over 20 years!

The first known incident happened in 1999 when Blanton was sophomore at Ironton High School. He was sent to the group home as a result, but juvenile records are sealed & not available to the public. Blanton stalked & assaulted his ex girlfriend, according to our sources.

Lawrence Prosecuting attorney Brigham Anderson, did not protect victims of domestic violence! Shane Blanton has several domestic violence charges, as well as protection orders! Michelle Akers, Ironton police officer Joe Akers sister, filed a restraining order against Shane Blanton!

Shane Blanton has been a confidential informant for over a decade! He terrorized the mother of his daughter, who filed for a protection order. Blanton violated the protection order, but received a 90 day suspended sentence. Why? Because Shane Blanton would snitch on people in drug cases, multiple cases were nollied by Prosecutor Anderson Nolle prosequi is a Latin phrase meaning "will no longer prosecute" or a variation on the same.
