IRONTON POLICE USE THE SAME TRICK THAT’S USED NATIONWIDE TO CONDUCT ILLEGAL SEARCHES! “I SMELL WEED” HERE IS PROOF! pt2

IRONTON(OH)We recently published a story about IPD, conducting an illegal search, There are two video recordings, of the actual incedent, in the story below. The two videos show a driver pulled over by officer Flemming. The driver is pulled over for a front license plate violation. The routine traffic stop ended after IPD called in K-9 units and searched the vehicle! There was no probable cause for IPD to conduct a search., But cops nationwide will falsley claim to “smell weed” in order to conduct a search! After watching the videos, you will notice the officer does not say anything about “smelling weed.” The first video goes on for Two minutes, without any mention of “smellling weed” by the initial officer.

The video above clearly shows IPD interacting with the driver for over 2 minutes. There is not one mention of anyone “smelling weed.” We then showed you a second video. Here it is.

The video above shows the end of the incident. Notice how you never hear officer Flemming say a word about “smelling weed.” Now watch this video of the driver and his interaction with former IPD offficer Mark Wilson!

Any questions? For one, how could the arresting officer not say a word about smelling weed? But then the officer who is 10 feet away, asks has anyone else been smoking weed in the car! Former officer Mark Wilson was not even on the scene originally. You can see him in the video, smoking a cigarette. Then he is over heard asking the driver if he smoked any marijuana. The driver says no. Then Officer Wilson asks if anyone else had smoked in the car. The driver also answers no! We put the middle video last to show you how law enforcement uses this “trick” or loophole in order to violate rights! How can we trust anyone who would make false claims to violate rights? Could you lie in order to put someone in jail? If cops lie and make false claims to illegally search a vehicle, the integrity of those officers destroys the integrity of an entire department!
