IRONTON, Ohio —Lawrence county commissioners allow their director to scream and yell at a parent from Kentucky who was asking the director questions about a child from Kentucky who was illegally removed by a false complaint made by one of the directors employees!

Do you think that’s how a director should talk to to the public? The director was never reprimanded nor offer an apology to the father from Kentucky who knew the policy for intrastate federal procedure for children who cps takes custody of! I have never heard of a Cps agency keep a child who never lived in the state of Ohio and refuse to transfer the child to his home county agency! The reason cps didn’t follow policy is because they filed a false complaint against a parent in Ohio who had no custody! They didn’t transfer it because they knew exactly what they were doing! They have not allowed the father to see his son since November 22nd of 2019!
