Ohio child protective services and the judge have unlawfully removed a five-month-old baby from Kentucky, who never lived in the state of Ohio by either parent! I never knew or thought that a judge would have cps make a false complaint and submit false evidence through court. Before this case I never heard of anything like this happening but I soon became quite aware that this is going on nationwide!

On July 16 of last year, a judge appointed by Governor Mike DeWine name Patricia Sanders, called in child protective services (cps) with a false complaint of dependency against my child’s mother in Ohio who didn’t have any custody. The false complaint was made only one day after I was in the same court on July 15.

The family juvenile court system in this country is beyond corrupt; it is one of the biggest criminal enterprises currently operating in United States and worldwide. I never heard about all the corruption involving the juvenile/probate family court system but I became aware of just how corrupt this organization is.

It is still hard for me to believe that people we trust kids with are involved in committing crimes against children and families. I just never thought that child protective services or a judge for that matter would lie to obtain custody or control of someone’s child. To this day it’s still on believable but there are thousands of families and parents who are going through similar nightmares.
