IRONTON, Ohio (WSAZ) -- Ironton's police chief tells WSAZ.com one of his officers hit a pedestrian.

A relative tells WSAZ the victim was Guy Thomas. He was 46 years old. The navy veteran was leaving the American Legion Saturday night when he got hit by the police car and dragged from 9th street to 7th street.

Police Chief Jim Carey tells WSAZ.com that they have not released the name of the victim. They have contacted the Ohio Bureau of Investigations and asked them to conduct an independent investigation.

We're told the Ironton officer involved will also be placed on administrative leave, pending the outcome of the investigation.

There is a culture in Ohio that protects government employees above all else. Just In my own life time, I have witnessed a Lawrence County detective name Jimmy Sargent, cover up the murder of my sister, Tonya Michelle Adkins. and I’ve also witnessed a judge name Patricia Sanders, use cps, to federally kidnap my son. Then I witnessed another Ohio official name judge Alan Lemons, try to cover up the crimes that judge Sanders committed against my son & myself. I’m not sure who made Jim Carey change his story, but sometimes the truth is right in front of us. Ironton police chief Jim Carrey would not come out and make a statement saying one of his officers hit a pedestrian if that were not the truth. But if I had to start looking for answers I would start with the attorney generals office. The AG stepped down a few days after BCI reported there final report on Guy Thomas. The AG office had several scandals and multiple charges were filed. The government killed Guy Thomas, then the coverup began. That’s the playbook in Ohio and our country.

If taking a baby from a parent in Kentucky but charging dependency to the other parent who doesn't have custody, and placing the baby in Ohio foster care isn't federal kidnapping, than the law doesn't protect us all and some are above the law. You can't just lie and take peoples kids. The hell you can't. I recorded the courtroom testimony of the social worker who lied on a complaint and admits it in court. That language at the bottom says a child lived in Ohio and mother had custody, when the child lived in Kentucky and the father had 100% full custody! The baby never lived in Ohio! This bombshell was from cps supervisor Teneka Ferguson. They don't even try to hide it either.
